Dr Fazil Turabe holds a Master’s and Ph.D. in Biochemistry from Banaras Hindu University-India, supported by a prestigious Indian Council of Medical Research scholarship. His academic journey expanded with specialized training in Immunology, Cancer Biology, and Nanotechnology at renowned institutions including the University of Alabama, Hofstra University-New York, and Nanyang Technological University, mainly focusing on T-lymphocyte biology and gene delivery mechanisms. His career path led him to join Cellvec-Singapore, where he honed his expertise in modifying lymphocytes, to bolster therapeutic efficacy while minimizing adverse effects. Currently, Dr Turabe serves as Head of Research & Development at BioCell Innovations, spearheading the development of multiple platforms in immunotherapy. With over a decade of research experience in Immunology and Biochemistry, he has also made substantial contributions to numerous research articles, book chapters, and patents.
